Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 tbsp arher dal


  • 2 tbsp moong (yellow) dal


  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato


  • 1/4 cup chopped carrot


  • 1 chopped green chilly


  • 1 " chopped ginger


  • 1/4 tsp or to taste black pepper powder


  • 2 tsp or to taste salt


  • 1 tbsp 1 tsp butter


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/8 tsp asafoetodia


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 1 bay leaf


  • 10 whole black pepper


  • 1 " cinnamon

Directions

  • Dono dal ko runnning water mai wash kre
  • One glass paani mai 30 minutes ke liye soaked kre.
  • Ab cooker mai dono dal 2 glass paani, ginger, hari mirch namak, hldi powder, cinnamon, whole black pepper, bay leaf ,cloves, tomato & carrot milakr medium flame pr cooker ki lid lgakr 2 whistle aaney pr gas ka switch off kre .
  • Cooker mai se pressure niklne pr lid hataye aur room temperature pr thanda hone pr sieve kre.
  • High flame pr heavy bottom pan ya cooker mai 1 tbsp butter aur ghee gram kre . Sieve kiya hui dal mixture mai boil dilbye. Sim flame pr 1 minute aur pakye. Switch off kre.
  • Serving bowl mai nikale. Hot- Hot soup mai nibu juice milaye aur kali mirch powder,carrot, tomato pieces & butter se garnish kr serve kre.
