Dono dal ko runnning water mai wash kre
One glass paani mai 30 minutes ke liye soaked kre.
Ab cooker mai dono dal 2 glass paani, ginger, hari mirch namak, hldi powder, cinnamon, whole black pepper, bay leaf ,cloves, tomato & carrot milakr medium flame pr cooker ki lid lgakr 2 whistle aaney pr gas ka switch off kre .
Cooker mai se pressure niklne pr lid hataye aur room temperature pr thanda hone pr sieve kre.
High flame pr heavy bottom pan ya cooker mai 1 tbsp butter aur ghee gram kre . Sieve kiya hui dal mixture mai boil dilbye. Sim flame pr 1 minute aur pakye. Switch off kre.
Serving bowl mai nikale. Hot- Hot soup mai nibu juice milaye aur kali mirch powder,carrot, tomato pieces & butter se garnish kr serve kre.
